'Eur' Travel Rights

Make sure you know ‘Eur’ rights this summer!

I have produced a handy and practical ‘Know Your EU Rights this Summer’ booklet.

It outlines key EU laws which protect Scottish holidaymakers, such as air travel compensation and hotel safety.

It cannot be underestimated how important it is for travellers to know their rights before they travel to Europe. We are lucky to be members of the EU because that entitles us to the Europe-wide consumer rights package.

From slashing the cost of mobile phones, to air passenger travel rights and reduced-cost emergency health care, MEPs are leading the way in making sure that all Scots are protected.
